I remember reading this article when The Onion first published it, back in 2001: Bush: 'Our Long National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity Is Finally Over'.
On the home front, I am itching to start reading The Secret Mulroney Tapes: Confessions of a Prime Minister, which is sitting on my table at home. Should be some good dirt on Mulroney there! He's, um, not my favourite politician.
And I am amused by the way the Globe and Mail (and possibly other news outlets) refer to Paul Martin as "PM", not "the PM", since the initials of his name and his title are the same. It's kind of cute.
