But it's our handbasket, dammit.

If you are a Canadian 18 years of age or older, please vote in Monday's federal election.

If you can't bring yourself to vote for a major party, you have other options:

* Choose another candidate. For example, in my riding, there's an independant and candidates for the Green party and the Marijuana party, as well as a couple of others.

* Spoil your ballot. They count the number of spoiled ballots. Write something on it about your dissatisfaction and drop it in the box. (Just don't eat it.)

If you don't go to the polls, then it just looks like you can't be bothered.

Thank you for listening to my speech. Here's some CanCon: Whose Side Are You On? by Decomposure. (The first few seconds are deliberately static-y, btw. It's a great song.)

The date of the elections is unbelievably vexing. I was excited when they projected a Valentine's Day election, but Monday is exactly six days too early for me to vote.

Er... yeah. I'll go back to lurking until you post some more InuKai.

If I were a Canadian, I would nibble on the ballot anyway, just a little.

Apparently Harper might win. And eating it will cause indigestion. Not personal experience, but experience nonetheless.

Harper winning will definitely give me indigestion. :/

Go away, Bush-wannabe!!
