Check out the memories on risingtides and pick your pairing. The most popular characters to pair him with are Fuji, Atobe, and Ryouma, but they're definitely not the only ones, either.
There is much Tezuka fic out there, though it's hard to find stuff that's good. I should think most of it is TezuFuji, which I don't read because I don't like the pairing. There's a fair amount of Tezuka/Atobe and not nearly enough TezuRyo, which is my pairing.
I've only written it once so far, though: Unspoken. It only spoils the first 10 eps or so, so it should be safe for you.
IMO, the whole series is about Tezuka and Ryoma and their relationship, however you decide to interpret it.

I tend to just see what comes down the pike at tenipuri_yaoi. I also do a lot of reading at ff.n, but that's because I love badfic to excess. :)

TezuRyo makes the most sense to me at this point. I agree that the relationship between the two is a really strong undercurrent of the series so far, and it seems in the future as well. Tezuka seems to be the key that starts Ryoma down the path that will lead to his goal.
I find it hard to get into anime fic - there's so much bad stuff out there. o.O My strategy is always to find authors I like and stick to their fic and recs and just kind of network out from there. I'll have a look at tenipuri_yaoi, though - that seems like a good starting point. =D
Literally, figuratively, it's all good. :) Actually, it was the big panel on 14-15 that really made my jaw drop. And I'm not usually a luster-after-Tezuka.
