There is much Tezuka fic out there, though it's hard to find stuff that's good. I should think most of it is TezuFuji, which I don't read because I don't like the pairing. There's a fair amount of Tezuka/Atobe and not nearly enough TezuRyo, which is my pairing.
I've only written it once so far, though: Unspoken. It only spoils the first 10 eps or so, so it should be safe for you.
IMO, the whole series is about Tezuka and Ryoma and their relationship, however you decide to interpret it.
I also like Tezuka/Oishi, but that's really hard to find.
I tend to just see what comes down the pike at tenipuri_yaoi. I also do a lot of reading at ff.n, but that's because I love badfic to excess. :)
As with most of my fandoms, once I started writing, I read a lot less, so I don't have a bunch of good recs saved up.
Literally, figuratively, it's all good. :) Actually, it was the big panel on 14-15 that really made my jaw drop. And I'm not usually a luster-after-Tezuka.
TezuRyo makes the most sense to me at this point. I agree that the relationship between the two is a really strong undercurrent of the series so far, and it seems in the future as well. Tezuka seems to be the key that starts Ryoma down the path that will lead to his goal.
