Damn, I meant to get back to you on this and I forgot. But I don't have any recs for you, I'm afraid. I did all my Latin in the classroom and because of a gap of several years in my uni education, I ended up using two different sets of texts and getting confused since some stuff I never formally covered.
The text I remember was called "Reading Latin" but I'm not sure how to judge if it would be any good to work through on your own.
