Can't sleep, clowns will eat me.
Three fic deadlines at the end of January is one too many, as it turns out. I will meet them all, but I am pretty much spending the whole month doing one of these things:
- writing
- feeling guilty because I should be writing
- freaking out because the pacing in my story is just not working and I have to figure out a new sub-plot and re-write a bunch of scenes
- working
- watching South Park
The fic I've posted so far this month is stuff I finished up in December and was sitting on. Writing a lot is actually quite good for me. I feel a lot more engaged with life when I'm being productive and I'm sure it's helped with my mood during December and January, aka the Dark Rainy season.
I feel like I'm being pretty absent from LJ, though; February should be better!
Now I just have to figure out how to add watch lots of the Australian Open without getting hopelessly behind on writing to the list and I'll be a happy camper. :)

This sums up my state of mind for pretty much all of January so far. I have rewritten so freaking much.

Oh, do I understand. I never pay attention whether it's rainy, cold or crappy outside anymore.

Actually, I'll end up sitting down to write, and then something will come up that involves me having to leave the house and then when I get home, I just don't care.
I'm sure you'll get everything done in time though. Just keep pushing on through it!
