Even for fans of bitter chocolate, everything over 85% is getting harsh, mostly because of the consistency, but also the bitterness or blandness. (Or the stuff needs to be awesome quality, like from Coppeneur or other brands that create smooth textures and yumminess even at high percentages). However, I can highly recommend making hot chocolate with real cocoa powder, and then to add one piece of such strong chocolate, leaving it to melt in the hot goodness. It contains a hell of a lot of caffeine, too, so be aware that it might keep you awake. :D I once drank a huge mug (with several chocoalte pieces added in) and was absolutely wide-awake at 1 AM. >.>
