Does Your Mother Know That You're Out?
I only watched Smallville for about six episodes before I bailed, but this song always makes me think of early days Clark/Lex. (Probably because I really shipped Martha/Lex.)

When All Is Said And Done
I associate this song with a Harry/Draco story I wrote for the Eros Affair: Many Happy Returns. I'd been more or less out of HP fandom for nearly a year then (as far as I ever leave any fandom I've been in) and it was difficult but rewarding to slip back into that context. Judging by the response, the story wasn't quite what most H/D fans were looking for, but all the same, I think this was the best story I wrote in 2005.
Super Trouper
When I hear this song, I think of TezuRyo. Because of this crack scenario I helped cook up (or did I read this on ff.n?) about Ryoma as a pop idol, with the always bickering Momoshiro and Kaidoh as his bodyguards. Ryoma longs for the day when he can be at home with Tezuka but he has a gruelling tour schedule ahead of him. Mizuki, Ryoma's evil manager, kidnaps him for some reason, and when Momo and Kaidoh fail to get him back, they have to call in Inui, who I think had some sort of unrequited love for Tezuka going on. After some pretty amazing action that is lost to the mists of time, Ryoma is rescued and reunited with Tezuka. Inui and Kaidoh hook up. Momo gets perved on by Mizuki. And all's well that ends well.

This is OT, but do you remember the old AU Ryoma-goes-to-various-schools-instead-of-Seigaku fics that we were writing a few months back?
