Okay, after last week's post on how I wasn't going to be posting about SG-1 because I wasn't enjoying it? Wow, this was good.

Way to take a show that I'm struggling to watch and a show that I stopped watching entirely and mix them up into a fantastic episode! It was tight and interesting. I was actually glad to see Atlantis, because I did enjoy that show at one time. And I always, always enjoy McKay.

I sort of thought the universe would explode when Shepard and Mitchell met, but it didn't. I wonder if you swapped them in a sort of exchange program how things would be different on each show.

The Daniel & Vala show is always a good time. And I notice that we didn't actually see Daniel leave Disneyland. I wonder if they'll be able to get him to go or if he'll just show up on on SGA for a few episodes.

Only complaint was that Teal'c had to stay behind and have the boring job. Jesus Christ. He got to sit in a chair for his whole part! They should have left Mitchell behind instead. Except that then we would have missed...

The lemon. Oh my god. Best. Scene. Ever.

In conclusion: any good post-ep Sam/McKay yet? They could blow up a galaxy together and then have ~~sex~~ dinner.

It was great, great, great. And I´m not particularly excited by SG-1 (apart from sticking to watch it because of Claudia and Ben).

Wow, I was the whole episode going "mmm, these two..." There should be fic.

For me, it's more in spite of Ben. *g* Ah, he tries so hard, poor lamb.

I've always loved the dynamic between Sam and McKay; she likes him in spite of herself. They are sparky, sparky.

I know! I couldn't believe how good the ep was. I've pretty much been going through the motions lately, and last week I was close to gouging out my eyes with boredom, but this one made me sit up and take notice. If only Daniel and Vala could move permanently to Atlantis to revive *that* show.

I'm worried that they've seduced me back in and now it's going to suck and Rodney and Sam won't have sex.

I'm worried about that, too - not so much Rodney and Sam not having sex, though that would certainly be entertaining (because you know Rodney would ask her to wear the Princess Leia outfit from Jedi, and Sam would say no but then do it) but that they've seduced me back in only to crush me again with mechanical plots and listless acting. Actually, my favorite part of the ep aside from Daniel and Vala was Morgan LeFey, because wow, she had the "I can kill you with my brain" look down pat.

No M/K porn writing tonight, though I think I'm going to go read some....Actually, I was up watching a Disney movie about eight dogs that survived in Antarctica against all odds and in triumph of the canine spirit, and you'd think being Disney that it couldn't possibly be sad enough to make me cry, but of course it did. Stupid dogs and their furry cuteness.
