Then again, we may be winging it for dinner tonight, and I /have/ a can of tuna, so I should go see whether there's interesting stuff to put with it.

Here's another way I love tinned tuna, though I haven't made this for myself in ages:

* make a batch of baking powder biscuits (or you could use English muffins or really anything that you like)
* make a white sauce, medium thick, probably about a cup
* add a tin of tuna to the white sauce
* you may also add cheese and/or peas
* put the sauce over the biscuits & eat
* die and go to heaven
