In a fair fight, Hawkeye might well win. But Kara would only fight fair if she were just fighting for fun; if it were really important that she win, she'd fight as dirty as she had to.

Starbuck would probably win in a dirty smackdown between them, but I think Hawkeye has a lot more zanshin, i.e., the kind of intensity sumo wrestlers display when they're trying to psych each other out on the mat. So it would depend if the fight was "for real" or not.
