Really I think it should be Fozzie the Bear, who would insist that Jackie be the straight man of their comedy duo. Of course, Kermit would follow lovingly behind them, making sure that Fozzie's action-adventure comedy exploits cause as little damage as possible, to himself & others, and trying to be really encouraging (because Fozzie's trying to be the star here and not hide in Kermit's shadow forever) but also making that worried disapproving Kermit face where he pinches together his pessimistic frog lips.
The Boy suggested Fozzie as well. I think it would work really well. Fozzie would think they were in a Crosby & Hope style road movie and be entirely oblivious to the hordes of evil-doers Jackie had to fight off.
There would be this scene where they're talking face to face, and Beaker would suddenly go into meeping panic mode, and Jackie would be all 'calm down, there's no problem'.
Then he would turn round, and this huge sumo-wrestler-sized henchman would be bearing down on them, and Jackie would go into meeping panic mode - because he could so do it :-)

It'd be like, Rush Hour, except Jackie's the one who can speak English.
