No matter how paranoid you are, you're not paranoid enough.

1. You did the anonymous paranoia meme! I never would have thought.

2. I can't believe you did the anonymous paranoia meme.

3. The anonymous paranoia meme? I'm really disappointed in you.

4. My god, did nobody ever tell you about mouthwash?

Okay, enough of that. I can't quite understand this meme. It's not even like Slam Book Fever! where you get to see what people think of you. What's the attraction in saying something and not having the recipient know it's about them? And how does this meme make you feel when you read it?

5. I secretly think you hate me because you never comment on my entries.

I've secretly thought you hated me for ages! Now I know I'm right! Or something!

I feel confused. Does the anonymous paranoia meme have a point?

I mean, I'm one of the most paranoid people in existence, and it's not making me at all paranoia. Just confused. Maybe it's a defective meme?

Ohhh, man. I've been waiting all day for this to come across my flist, but alas, everyone seems to be too *sensible* and *nice*! I want my dose of fandom bitchery, dammit. *g*

Oh, I made mine really obvious, though. What? Me, undermine the entire purpose of the meme? Naaaah. Worse -- I didn't read anyone else's. ;)

Tsk. Tsk.

I don't actually get it. Am I dense?

In my experience, the result of saying something critical without saying who it's about is twofold:

1) Completely innocent bystanders suspect that you secretly hate them.

2) The person you are actually attempting to criticize NEVER sees themselves in what you're saying. "Yeah, I really hate that too!" they may reply.

*quickly runs to read the fearsome meme!*

It really is a tribute to catty backstabbing, isn't it?
