Spanish Parliament legalizes gay marriage.

Awesome!! Yay Spain! This is wonderful. I can only be impressed by governments who push such law even when there is strong opposition. As an analyst mentionned in Canada the other day, if we wait to have an unanimity, we will never have it. Some people must stand up and push it, even if it means losing their power. So congrats to those who have the courage of their convictions to do it.

I'm glad our government came around to realize that. It's not perfect here, but it seems so much better than most of the alternatives.
