Aragorn is the better swordsman. Obi-Wan's fighting style is more.. martial arts combo with the inclusion of glowy cuts-through-things-stick. If you gave Obi a metal sword, Aragorn would so beat his ass.

Well, unless Obi-Wan showed off his ass, in which case "sword fight" takes on a whole new meaning.

Um. I was saying... Right. Give Aragorn a lightsaber and tell Obi-wan not to leap around with the Force during the fight, and I think they'd be evenly matched. (Unless Aragorn can use the Force and dear god someone stop me before I make this crossover any more plausible.)

The lightsaber would slice through Andruil. It might be of Elvish make, but it's still just a piece of metal.

And what you say about Obi-Wan not using the Force reminds me of our first viewing of Phantom Menace. We came out of the theatre and one of my friends starts going on about how Darth Maul was not playing fair by using the Force to throw things at Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan while they were fighting. Fair like fighting two on one? I said. He shut up.
