I have VirtualPC 5 -- and it's kind of slow, though now that I've got RAM to burn, it's a lot better. It's one or two versions behind the latest, VPC 2004, which is now owned by your friend and mine, Microsoft. I don't know how zippy that version is.
I only use VPC for checking websites in IE -- and it works fine for that. It came with WinXP, but that really crawled so I installed Win98 instead and that was better.
