Although I have to say I disagree with you on one count. Jack doesn't love Harry, though in the end he might give in and sleep with him; but Harry has a massive and tragically unrequited crush on Jack.

I figure the sex would start much earlier than year 7 because Jack is a man with needs, you know. It would be a vaguely exploitative, unhappy relationship with Jack using Harry for sex, but Harry doesn't care because he's wanted Jack for forever. Harry doesn't even balk when Jack calls out "Daniel!" (and occasionally "Thor!") in the throes of passion.
