I agree about his relationships being very serious. And, wow, could he have used a more perfect line on Yurio? Everyone else is all teasing and cat-ears with him and Otabek is like "you have the unforgettable eyes of a soldier". That was probably exactly what he's been thinking but a part of me wants it to be super-calculated.

I'd love Otabek to be determined to do right by Yurio and not get involved until he can focus but then not be able to help himself. (Not in a dub-con way, just making moves he'd told himself he wouldn't.) And Yurio feeling like he can handle this but maybe he can't.

The long distances in this fandom are killing me. (And not just bc of all the phone sex omg.) At least these two I can see throwing together for the summer.
