It's weird now that I'm in this new time zone and thus 5-7 hours ahead of most other people on my flist. I check my flist in the morning before I leave for class (between midnight and three-am in NA) and then again when I get home/into the night, and I usually still comment on stuff, even if it turns out to be a few hours, days, etc, late. If I like the author, then I'll try to leave feedback for everything I read and enjoy, although I admit that sometimes I'll come upon something that has been sitting on the shelf, so to speak, for a couple days and everything I'd wanted to say has already been covered. And I've definitely left some things languish in my bookmarks sans comments, depending on how creative I'm feeling at the time (I like to offer something more meaningful in response to people rather than just a "omg cute ♥" sort of comment :P).
