My theory about the embankment is that there is one set of anime backgrounds and one set of manga backgrounds and everyone is required to use it.

I really, really adore Inui and Tezuka together. Inui seems like the only person who doesn't defer to Tezuka in any way. They have an odd but pleasing chemistry.
