I have been reading tenipuri manga scanlations for hours and I'm about to go blind, but I still haven't found the issue where Tezuka talks/muses about seeing the image of the samurai in Ryoma. Or did I imagine that? Or read it in a dj? Does anyone remember?

I think your definition of relaxed is stricter than mine. Hot manga Tezuka seems pretty relaxed (to me, for Tezuka) in Germany. He's just so--talkative and open about his motivations. Unless it's just that he and Sumire-chan are much closer than I had suspected. :D

Hee! Well, in Germany he *laughed*. (And I actually stopped the ep at that point and just stared at the screen for a few minutes.) In Kyuushuu he just seems casually dressed. *g*
