I notice that Tezuka had to switch to another sort of drug when he went to rehab (for his arm, right? :D) in Germany, though; he seems much more relaxed than the usual CONSTANT VIGILANCE Tezuka. A little too relaxed, maybe, if he's talking about his hallucinations to his superiors. :D
