This is lovely and so incredibly well written that it makes me squee in glee because ohmygosh, RYOMA is all grown up and Tezuka's anguish and the two of them, together, and the starkingly beautiful lines that just ties everything together. All the small details that that make up the story, and just... wow. I love how Ryoma persistently emails Tezuka and how he asks him to be his coach and the ending is what gets me most.
Tezuka's sense of responsibility ( "he will only pull Ryoma down with him") really hits me.
Then he goes back to Japan and waits for Ayaka to leave him.
