It's the switching back and forth that can get tricky. :) And around here, it's hard to know what the clients will show up wearing. Rarely a suit, though sometimes a tie.

I remember an article -- early Wired maybe -- about an engineer who was interviewing with a company. When he met with management, he wore a suit and tie. When he met with the other engineers, he wore a Grateful Dead t-shirt and a tie-dyed bandana.
