Comfort

When I'm tired or down, I usually try to write myself some comfort fic, something good and sappy to cheer myself up. This week it's been allergies and insomnia and the beginnings of a cold. So I tried to write but my brain is so fuzzy it keeps coming out like this:

George Likes Hermione

"I like you," George said.

"Is this some sort of prank?" Hermione asked.

"No, it's not," George said.

"Okay, then I like you too," Hermione said.

They kissed. It was Hermione's third kiss and it was way better than either number one or number two. She thought it would be nice to date George for a while.

Inui Likes Kaidoh

"I have three things to tell you, Kaidoh," Inui said. "First, use a looser grip when you serve. Second, start running 12k instead of 10k. Third, I like you."

"Fshuuuu," hissed Kaidoh and blushed. Before he could tell Inui that he liked him back, Inui kissed him.

It was Kaidoh's first kiss and it made him feel all floaty and happy. He wanted to stay with Inui-senpai for ever and ever.

Heero Likes Duo

"Hn," said Heero.

"Let's have sex," said Duo.

They had extremely athletic sex and Heero was glad he hadn't killed Duo after all.

The end.



Kara Likes Lee

"I don't like you," Kara said.

"You're a total pain," Lee said.

"And I'm not going to kiss you," Kara said.

"Fine," Lee said.

They went off in opposite directions.

The end.


Well, it's better than nothing. :)

Comfort fic!

Kaidoh groaned and pulled his covers up higher, so that only his head was showing above them. The alarm clock was ringing madly, but the thought of moving, even to shove it out the window, made him feel more ill.

"Kaidoh?" Inui opened the door and walked in with a steaming mug. "Are you feeling any better?"

Kaidoh cracked an eye open and scowled.

"No, I see. Here, drink this." Inui sat down next to him and held the mug to his mouth.

Kaidoh wanted to leap out of bed and run away screaming or at least shake his head, because only Inui knew what was steaming so ominously in that cup, and Inui Juice might be good for him but he definitely didn't want to drink any, even if being unconscious might be better than feeling so awful. Instead, he moaned weakly, and Inui tilted the mug so that the scorching liquid oozed down his throat.

"Arghh," Kaidoh mumbled.

"It's just tea with honey," Inui said, grinning. "It'll put you to sleep." He leaned over and kissed Kaidoh on his burning forehead. "Take a nap."

Kaidoh nodded weakly and Inui collected his cup and left, shutting off the alarm on his way.
